COMPARTE VÍA

The EPTE® electrolysis technique is an effective treatment for tendinopathies used by more than 1,000 clinics and hospitals in the world. We will be in Dublin (Ireland) for the first time next 14th October, for a free workshop. Venue adress: Blanchardstown Road North, Dublin 15 Ireland

What is Percutaneous Electrolysis Therapy EPTE®?

Percutaneous Electrolysis Therapy EPTE® is a ground-breaking technique in the treatment of tendinopathies. The treatment with Percutaneous Electrolysis Therapy it’s fast, effective, and involves minimal pain for the patient. The treatment with Percutaneous Electrolysis Therapy involves applying a modulated direct electrical current directly to damaged soft tissue via an acupuncture needle, inducing the tissue’s recovery. Percutaneous Electrolysis Therapy induces our body’s own healing reaction in the treated area. Using EPTE ®’s intensity modulator (μA/ cm2) you can produce a controlled inflammation, necessary for the recovery of the tendinopathies. The low-intensity micro-currents are usually not felt by the patient.

Percutaneous Electrolysis Therapy is effective for treating tendinitis in all types of patients, from elite athletes and professional sportspeople to people presenting with everyday injuries. Thanks to EPTE®’s high success rate, thousands of patients have experienced the resolution of their tendon issues.

Physiotherapist will apply Percutaneous Electrolysis Therapy to patients who have suffered tissue damage or for whom a more conservation form of treatment has been unsuccessful. After applying EPTE®, the physiotherapist may apply compression bandage. It is important not apply ice or take any anti-inflammatory drugs after Percutaneous Electrolysis Therapy treatment. To obtain best results you must apply a regime of eccentric exercises and the application of heat should be commenced a few days after each EPTE ® treatment.

Professor of the EPTE® workshop:

EPTE percutaneous electrolysis professor
Alvaro Fernandez EPTE professor
  • Sport Physiotherapist, MSc.
  • Sport & Exercise Science.
  • Specialized in dry needling, ultrasound examination and ultrasound-guided invasive procedures.
  • Professor in the EPTE percutaneous course in London (June 2017).
  • Professor in the EPTE percutaneous course in Zurich (January 2017).

First Workshop in Ireland, next 14th October.

What isEPTE® Inertial Concept?

Inertial functional eccentric overload
Inertial machine for functional training and rehabilitation

For the first time in Ireland, we will be introducing the new concept for sport and rehabilitation: EPTE® Inertial Concept.

  • Therapy of isoinertial movement
  • Patterns of functional movement
  • Increment of the eccentric phase
  • Therapeutic exercise

What is EPTE® Inertial Concept?

EPTE® Inertial Concept is a device developed in Spain for isoinertial training. It was developed to be the most effective therapeutic functional exercise device for prevention and rehabilitation of injuries. With EPTE® Inertial Concept you can improve your strength and develop your muscles and at the same time you prevent further injuries in the most effective way. This is possible because of the emphasis on increased eccentric phase of the exercise.

Compact and versatile inertial machine
EPTE Inertial concept in Ireland october
  • COMPACT
Its unique design allows for use even in restricted spaces.
  • VERSATILE
A wide range of exercises can be performed in one device, from prevention to rehabilitation of injuries, also allowing the rehabilitation of patterns of functional and sport-related movements.
  • EASY TO USE
The extendable bar and the flywheel and the double pulley make it easy to operate for the Rehab therapist and/or Strength and Conditioning Coach.

How does EPTE® Inertial Concept work?

EPTE® Inertial Concept has a flywheel , an extendable bar with adjustable height up to 2 meters and a double output pulley, this allows free movements in horizontal, vertical, positive and negative angles. You can make any exercise with just one device.”Limited only by your imagination”. The generated force will depend on the effort made by the user. The CORE muscles will be involved in anny exercise (upper part / lower part of the body)

Professor of the EPTE® Inertial Concept Workshop

Doctor Fernando Martin EPTE Inertial concept
Doctor Fernando Martin Rivera
  • Doctor in Sports Science and Physical Exercise.
  • Professor in the Univeristy of Valencia (Spain).
  • Master in Research and Intervention in Physical Activity and Sports.
  • Specialist in strength training and high intensity training

We hope to see you in the first Workshop in Ireland, next 14th October. Please, contact us to confirm you will be attending.
