Many injuries happen during the eccentric phase of the exercise or in the transition between the eccentric and concentric phase.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For years <strong>eccentric training<\/strong> has been considered a priority in the\u00a0<strong>protocols for\u00a0tendinopathies<\/strong>. However, the <strong>HSR (Slow Heavy Resistance)<\/strong> that combines concentric and eccentric work is giving good results. (2011)<\/a> or <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/17355322\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Arnason et al. (2008)<\/a>.<br \/>\nNowadays we still don&#8217;t pay enough attention on this kind of training (<a href=\"http:\/\/bjsm.bmj.com\/content\/39\/6\/324.full\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BJSM, Bahr et lends alii, 2015<\/a>).
